The term mental health can feel broad or vague—it means different things to different people. For me, it’s anything that helps calm the mind and enhances your ability to truly enjoy life.
That could mean getting a massage, working out, eating nourishing foods—or indulging in something delicious just because it makes you happy. Maybe it’s journaling, sitting in silence, sleeping (which is insanely underrated, in my opinion) or simply taking a break.
Mental wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. Different strategies work for different people, and I genuinely love exploring all of it.
